Tiny Tumble | Ages 3 to 5
This is where the fun begins! This class is an introduction to tumbling in a kid-friendly environment. Athletes will work on basic body shapes, basic body mechanics and the fundamentals of tumbling. This class will prepare athletes to age into Beginner Basic Youth.
Wednesday 5:00-5:45 PM
This is a beginner class for a brand new tumbler. Class is designed to teach the student the fundamental basics of tumbling. It is also about teaching them the flow of the gym and gym etiquette. The goal is to move students pretty quickly out of this class. Get them in and achieving quickly!

This class is designed to teach beginner skills to an athlete who has been in the gym already. They understand basic fundamentals, but are ready to start perfecting those skills. In this class students will be introduced to a back handspring, but they are not expected to learn a back handspring in this class. Time should be spent teaching proper technique on a cartwheel, round-off, and back walkers/front walkovers. Student should have some understanding of a back handspring before moving into the next class.

This class is designed to teach the proper technique of a round-off back handspring and a standing back handspring and front handspring.

This class is designed to teach the proper technique of a series of back handsprings. Students should already have a standing back handspring and a round off back handspring. In this class they will perfect those skills and work to add a series of back handsprings. When the athlete is ready you will introduce the mechanics of a standing back tuck so that they are prepared to move to the next class.

PLATINUM: This class is designed to teach the proper technique of back and front tucks. Athlete should have a good understanding of a standing back tuck before connecting to other skills. Students will work on round off back handspring back tucks. They will also work on standing back tucks and punch fronts.
MASTERS: This class is designed to teach a layout, standing back handspring back tuck, standing tuck and more. Students that reach this point are typically more serious about tumbling.
